Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Enough CRM ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Enough CRM provides a workspaces CRM platform including contact management, email sequencing, pipeline management, and related features. The Service is provided "as is" and we continuously improve and update features.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to send spam, harassing content, or any communication that violates applicable laws including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or similar regulations. Violations may result in immediate account termination.
5. Payment & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase for annual plans. No refunds for monthly plans after the billing period starts.
6. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of your data. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your contacts, email templates, or business data. Upon account deletion, we remove your data within 30 days.
7. Service Availability
We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enough CRM's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.
