How do I connect my email account?
Go to Settings - Email Accounts - Add Account. We support Gmail (OAuth), Outlook (OAuth), and custom SMTP/IMAP connections. Setup takes under 2 minutes.
What's included in the free plan?

Can I import contacts from a CSV?
Yes. Go to Contacts - Import and upload your CSV. We auto-map columns, validate emails, deduplicate entries, and flag issues before importing.
How does workspaces work?
Each workspace is fully isolated — separate contacts, sequences, settings, analytics, and billing. Switch between workspaces instantly from the top navigation. Available on Enterprise plans.
Is my data secure?

Can I use my own domain for tracking?
Yes. Custom tracking domains are available on Pro and Enterprise plans. Point a CNAME record to our tracking server — this also improves deliverability.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
Go to Settings - Billing. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. No cancellation fees.
